Hello!
Hi, there!
Nice to meet me! My name is Olivia Lowry, and I am a professional home organizer offering packing, organizing, and decluttering services to the cities of Conroe, Montgomery, The Woodlands, Spring, and Magnolia, Texas.
Your house isn't Pinterest —because REAL PEOPLE LIVE THERE! Working smarter, not harder and aiming for progress (not perfection) one day at a time are all concepts I use in my own life. Nothing changes if nothing changes, right? Small changes matter. Consistency compounds and getting organized really will change your life. If you’d like help to start somewhere, I can’t wait to meet you too!
My passion for organization showed up early in my childhood and in different ways too: color-coding my friend’s shoes while at slumber parties, neatly lining up my Barbies by height on the shelf, and always getting excited to put away my new school supplies in my backpack each year. Most kids didn’t “enjoy” rearranging the pantry and diagramming sentences in English class, but for me, that was fun!
In college, I majored in Interpersonal Communication and, way back when, I worked in various customer service roles. Two of my favorites included 6 years as a bank teller and 11 years hosting birthday parties at Chuck E. Cheese. Both jobs solidified my love for details and helping people.
Since starting my business in 2016, I have worn so many hats –counselor, problem solver, money saver, drawer fixer, and stress reliever all in one. Communication, trust, and a judgement-free attitude are so important to me and I really am passionate about helping people calm the chaos in their homes.
“There is no pantry too difficult to be bettered and no closet too cluttered to calmed.”
My approach is built on creativity and simplicity. If it’s ADHD-friendly, it’s everybody-friendly! Over the past decade, I’ve had some very diverse clients, and I really mean it when I tell you that organizing looks different for different people.
Real Client Example:
You get dressed each morning in the laundry room so that you do not wake up your spouse? Cool. Let’s make sure your socks, hats, and shoes get put away in THERE!
For a long time, I felt stuck and broken with the chaos in my own home until I learned this: I wasn't broken--my systems were broken. There were no zones, no flow, and lots of paper piles everywhere. Being diagnosed with ADHD in my late twenties was the best news for me, and ever since, I have learned sooooo many creative and useful ways to work with my brain and not against it.
It’s especially important to have a calm space and someone in your corner when life gets hard. I personally experienced this firsthand when I lost my first husband to complications of chronic alcoholism. Today, now more than ever, I have compassion for others and a desire to help others find serenity with their stuff. We never know what someone might be going through.
So for me, it's not about having pretty labels. It's about creating an environment that supports you on your worst day. It's about mental health, kindness for your brain, reduced stress, and lower cortisol levels. It's about nurturing a healthy emotional well-being for when life gets life-y.
(Who knew your house could do all that!?)
My past experiences have taught me how important it is to find serenity every day in my home, and I would love the opportunity to help you find it in yours too.
Sincerely,
Olivia
PS. In my spare time, I enjoy running, crafts, and spending time with family and my animals. I have 3 cats and 4 parrots. I am also active in the exotic parrot rescue community.
“Nobody can do what you do as good as you can do it”
I know my brain works differently. I also know that there are lots of organizers out there (with PLENTY of work to go around for all of us!) I may not be your favorite flavor — and that’s okay! That’s why a quick phone call is so important for you AND me to see if we are a good “fit” because your personal home is just that: PERSONAL.
I always “find my people” and who is meant for me, won’t miss me.
